This is Nikkole’s fifth year serving as Director of Auxiliary Programs at Bancroft Summer. She loves building lasting relationships with campers and their families and takes pride in creating a fun, safe, and engaging summer experience for all. Nikkole is also a mom to two children, ages 6 and 11, and brings that same care and enthusiasm to every camper’s summer adventure.

Mariah is the spark behind the fun at Bancroft Summer! In her fifth year on the leadership team, she keeps camp running smoothly, plans unforgettable events, and is often the lively MC at our celebrations. Camp wouldn’t be the same without her energy, humor, and knack for making every day exciting for campers and staff alike.

Hannah Webb brings heart, humor, and a whole lot of care to everything she does. During the school year, she supports Bancroft students as our Upper School Counselor, offering kindness, guidance, and a steady, reassuring presence. In the summer, she shifts into her role as Specialty Camp Assistant, helping organize our many exciting specialty programs and sprinkling her logistical magic wherever it’s needed. Whether she’s planning behind the scenes or stepping in to lend an ear, Hannah lifts up our campers with warmth, enthusiasm, and an easy smile that makes every day brighter.

Kaitlyn is no stranger to Bancroft Summer! From teaching Explorers and leading OG programs to her school-year role as a beloved 1st grade teacher, she’s done it all. This summer, Kaitlyn brings her organizational skills and creative energy behind the scenes to help our Day Camp run smoothly—making sure every camper’s adventure is fun, engaging, and unforgettable.
