A deposit of $100 per week is required at the time of registration. The deposit is refundable until May 1, 2025. The deposit will be applied toward the final camper balance.

  • Payments may be made electronically via ACH/eCheck or Debit/Credit Card.

Any camper who can navigate well in a typical school setting should thrive at Bancroft Summer. However, because children’s safety is paramount, some prospective campers’ physical or emotional considerations may require extra support. Please call us to discuss your child’s specific needs and to find out if our camp is an appropriate placement.

  • No portion of the deposit will be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
  • Any monies (less deposits) paid toward the balance of the program are refundable or transferable up until May 1, provided that the Camp Office has been notified in writing of the withdrawal.
  • Prior to May 1, balances (less deposits) may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member, again based on availability.
  • Program Fees will not be refunded or prorated for any unattended days, with the sole exceptions of the Participant’s final day of school conflicting with the opening day of the Program (snow days) or any program canceled by Bancroft Summer before the start of the Program (TBD) and due to Covid-19 restrictions.

  • We make every effort to accommodate changes in camper enrollment. Please contact the Bancroft Summer Office to inquire about your specific needs.
  • All requests for changes must be submitted in writing to summer@bancroftschool.org.
  • All changes in enrollment are dependent upon availability.

  • Once a session has reached its maximum enrollment, a waitlist is created for that specific program session.
  • There is no cost to remain on a wait list.
  • If an opening becomes available, a camper will be enrolled and charged the deposit for that session. The family will be notified and will have 72 hours to cancel the new enrollment for a full refund if the spot is no longer desired.

  • A Sibling discount of $25 is applied to eligible family enrollments when registrations are submitted at the same time.
  • In addition, current faculty/staff of Bancroft School and Bancroft Summer are eligible for additional discounts. Please contact us for more information.
  • Bancroft Summer requires each camper to have an annual health history form completed by the parents/guardians before they participate in any programming. This online health history form is housed on the registration portal, and it must be completed by June 1.
  • Bancroft Summer requires each camper to have a physical examination and immunization history provided by a physician within 18 months of attending camp. This must be on file with the camp no later than June 1.
  • It is the parents/caregivers’ responsibility to bring any special concerns about their child to the Director’s attention at the time of initial registration.

Bancroft Summer strives to offer camp experiences and learning opportunities within the boundaries of safety, common sense, and the law. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any camper, without refund and without formal hearing, whom we believe has violated the conditions for participation or has become a hindrance to the group or goals of the program.
